Hair Curling Methods

If we have straight hair we want it curly, if it's curly, we want it straight. Here are different methods to use to curl your hair and how affective they are. 1. Curling Iron Simply wrap your hair and provide heat. By far the most effective, but most expensive method. 2. Hot rollers They may be old fashioned, but they're worth a visit. You can still get beautiful curls, but be careful, it's really easy to burn yourself. Unfortunately, if you have super thick hair, they won't work. The less hair you put on each, the bigger the curl you get. 3. Sponge Rollers You can sleep with these rollers in, and though I've never tried them, I've heard they work, but they give you really small curls. 4. Velcro rollers If you try to sleep with this, it will be really uncomfortable. Wet hair, dry hair, either way, these just don't work for me. I get a blow out look, but no curls. 5. Wrap. Wrap your hair round a fabric curl, spray on a little water. Leave for an hour, and yo

School Uniforms

May I also apologise for anyone who was upset by the cleavage post. There were no pictures, or inappropriate sexual references, it was simply my opinion on a controversial topic. -Style Queen School Uniforms suck, it's just a fact. And the more money you pay for them, the stricter the rules are. But here are some tricks that may help. 1. Rings Alright, if you go to a public school, jewellery isn't that big a deal. But for most Catholic and private schools, it's a big no-no. But why? I simply don't get it? The short answer is publicity, you reflect the school. They want their students to appear prim, proper and perfect at all times. It's honestly ridiculous. Bracelets are easy to check for. You can easily see a necklace in a sports uniform, but rings are easy. Simply slide them off your finger and hold them in your hand when a teacher walks by. True, they have to be small and dainty so as not to draw attention, but it's better than nothing. 2. Anklets Underneath

Cleavage

Throughout my blogs, I have tried to steer clear of controversial topics. But I'm going to write about one that is very important to me. As a woman, I’ve often felt embarrassed about my size G breasts (or I for any Europeans or Asian’s). And though G is large but not entirely unusual, It is for a 13 year old girl. I’m not going to lie, looking massive in Primary School photos, having boys stare at you, and your friends not believe you has caused me to feel self-conscious. Not only that, but I remember crying my eyes out in the Myer change room because nothing fit me. Even now, my friends can wear thin jumpers, and singlet tops, whereas I can’t without revealing too much. Even normal outfits showed, and I was restricted as my mothers catchphrase was, “if you dress a certain way, boys are going to think you’re asking for it.”  Not only that but as a ballerina, the leotards were way too small. And I was in immense pain as I couldn’t wear my sports bra as the revealing cut showed it, a

Style Icon-Kate Middleton

For centuries we have looked to the famous for style trends. But it’s important that we can take inspiration and make our own style, not just copy the trend. Here are my thought on some iconic Kate outfits. https://katemiddletonstyle.org/item/zara-houndstooth-dress/#jp-carousel-22158 Take Kate in this photo. She’s stylish, as usual, but I can’t just copy her look. So. I find a skirt and belt that matches, because I love the pattern. I grab a white chiffon blouse with the same style bow, and loose sleeves. Add a string of pearls, a silver broach, and 3 inch black stilettos, and your guaranteed to top the fashion charts. 2. Here’s (an extremely pregnant) Kate. https://m.livingly.com/Celebrity+Style/articles/2d48pdE8lBc/Kate+Middleton+Steps+Out+Mint+Green+Coat+Curlicue Now the coat is pretty. But I don’t like the pockets, so I remove them. And overlay the fabric to hide the buttons. And the collar could be more circular. And I dump the hat. Pair it with a long silver chain, and you have

Jeans

Jean Types: 1. Straight Leg Jeans Straight leg jeans are one of the most comfortable you can buy. These jeans can be accompanied with anything, though look best with tight tops. These jeans are so straightforward, you can sew them yourself. Though gorgeous, these can diminish your figure in seconds. Dress for comfort, not to impress. 2. Skinny Jeans Skinny Jeans are gorgeous, classy, trendy, and go with anything. Though sometimes hard to move in, these jeans are a go to. Though those with sensitive skin may have to find other options, these jeans are princess approved. 3. Tapered Jeans Skinny Ankle? Worried your jeans look like bell bottoms? Though like a normal pair, these are drastically bought in round the ankle to create an elegant look. Paired with ankle boots, these are both comfortable and sensational. 4. Bootleg Jeans I'm sorry, no. These just look sad, too like bell bottoms to be given there own category. Just don't! 5. Flared Jeans If you want this look, please buy a

 1. The claw clip The claw clip is taking over Sydney High Schools. But what's the big deal? Is it actually stylish? And who should be wearing it? I'll make it simple, one person wears the clip, then their friends do, then more people do, and so on. It's a fad, a trend. But it's actually developed from 90's fashion. And to keep it simple, yes it is stylish. Most of the time. There are gorgeous claw clips, such as these. But then there are some that make your head look like an egg, or your hair like a birds nest. And do not tie it in a ponytail before putting it up, especially if you have thin hair. It just looks silly. And sometimes the claw is so big it's pointless to even wear one. 2. Organza Scrunchies are big in 2022. And there is literally no downside. There absolutely gorgeous. Buy one today! 3. Furry Bucket Hats. Don't even think about it. These make you look like you got dressed in the dark. I'm sorry, but not even Audrey Hepburn can't make t
